JESSICA GRAU, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jessica C. Grau is a distinguished civil litigator at Emergent Law, where she focuses on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, slip and fall matters, bullying, and sexual abuse.
Jessica graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, where she also earned her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. Her decision to pursue a career in law, culminating in a Juris Doctorate from Phoenix School of Law in 2013, reflects her dedication to representing those in need. With a background in teaching and working with children with special needs, she aggressively fights back against those who cause harm to children. Jessica has dedicated her career to servicing survivors of injustice ever since and has secured millions of dollars through settlement and verdict for her clients.
As a member of esteemed legal associations such as Consumer Advocate Attorneys of Los Angeles, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Trial by Human, Justice HQ, and the Orange County Bar Association, Jessica remains at the forefront of legal advocacy and continuous professional development.
Jessica balances work life with fulfilling personal pursuits. When she is not working, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her animals and young daughter at home.
